Job Summary:

Cognizant is seeking a dedicated and experienced .NET Developer (Product Specialist) with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET and ANSI SQL, along with a solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims. This hybrid position provides the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site and is well-suited for professionals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. No travel is required, and the role operates in a day-shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance software applications using .NET technologies.
• Manage and manipulate databases effectively using ANSI SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Analyze Medicare and Medicaid Claims data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Document application designs, processes, and changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends to drive product improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to healthcare data.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and joint projects.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies.
• Must be proficient in ANSI SQL for managing and querying relational databases.
• Must have a deep understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes.
• Nice to have experience working in a hybrid work model.
• Nice to have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Nice to have mentoring experience in guiding junior developers.

Certifications Required:

• Certified .NET Developer
• ANSI SQL Certification
